The inHaus as well as Center for Semiconductor Technology and Optoelectronics (ZHO, LT building) are located in UDE's University Campus, which is close (1.5 km) to the city centre of Duisburg, some 25 km from Düsseldorf International Airport. Thanks Duisburg Port, which is the largest inland port in Europe, the area has good road and railway connections to the rest of Germany.
